Civil Engineering

PCDG provides civil engineering services throughout Georgia and the southeast. Our civil engineering services include site design for residential, commercial and industrial development, utility and drainage system design and urban street design. We provide the complete site design including all necessary documentation to acquire the local Land Disturbing Permit and NPDES Notice of Intent submittal and permitting.

PCDG’s approach to civil design is embellished by our experience with a variety of projects in various unique settings. We take pride in our ability to provide innovative solutions to the challenges of coastal development where the difficulties of working with low, flat terrain are compounded with tidal influenced drainage systems. PCDG has a great deal of experience in development within the Historic District of downtown Savannah where the new construction must meet the requirements of modern zoning and building codes yet still be integrated with the historical structures of yesteryear.

PCDG utilizes the latest technology in all of its designs. This technology includes AutoCad Civil 3D for design drafting, Haestad WaterCadd for water distribution design, and Boss Stormnet for storm drainage hydrology and hydraulic design.

We have experience in a variety of development including hotels, medical facilities, education facilities of all levels, and industrial facilities.
