Jim serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner and Business Development Leader.  He has over 25 years experience in design development, design and construction administration of water and wastewater projects.  Jim works with Federal, State and local agencies to ensure that the project complies with all necessary standards.  He often serves as principal-in-charge for projects to assure that the team meets the Client’s needs, client satisfaction is maintained, project goals are achieved, quality assurance reviews are conducted, project staffing requirements are satisfied and the project is a success for the client.  Jim also assists with funding, permitting and overall project quality control.
