Pat serves as the firm’s Environmental and Civil Practice Leader.  He has over 22 years experience in the design and construction of municipal and industrial projects.  Pat’s expertise includes mechanical and industrial projects involving waste treatment systems and water distribution systems.  His duties typically include coordination of all project disciplines, tracking the procurement of necessary permits, implementation of the Client’s requirements and total project quality control.  He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (Past President Savannah Chapter), Association of Water Professionals, and Georgia Rural Water Association.
